The Eyrie: Where Every Grid Becomes Data.
The Eyrie: Our Data Engine
Every grid is different. Every failure has a signature. The Eyrie captures both — collecting real-time electrical signal data from physical sensor deployments across every grid we operate on, building a proprietary dataset that no utility, no government, and no competitor currently possesses
Every sensor deployed makes every model more accurate. Every grid we enter expands an intelligence base that compounds over time and cannot be replicated without replicating the network.
Eyrie Sees the Grid
Eyrie is not built from a single source. It is forged from five distinct data streams — each capturing a dimension of grid behavior that the others cannot see alone. Fused into a single on-device prediction engine, these streams produce a unified intelligence layer that runs without cloud dependency, without latency, and without a single point of failure.
Building proprietary grid datasets is our core specialty. We do not download data. We go into the field and collect it — deploying physical sensors across transmission lines, substations, distribution networks, homes, and businesses on every grid we enter. The dataset belongs exclusively to DEMOS AI Lab. No utility currently possesses it. No competitor can replicate it without replicating the physical sensor network that generates it. For governments and agencies that need sovereign-grade intelligence about their own critical infrastructure — Eyrie is the only dataset that can provide it.
Every grid we enter expands Eyrie. Every sensor compounds it. Every deployment makes it more valuable.
Five Data Streams
Satellite Imagery
Vegetation encroachment on transmission lines, physical infrastructure condition, and storm damage assessment — continuously monitored from above.
Weather & Climate Data
Real-time NOAA feeds, storm modeling, wind, humidity, and temperature — every environmental factor that affects line performance and outage probability.
Legacy Infrastructure Records
Besides government data bases, paper maintenance logs, manual inspection reports, equipment condition surveys, and decades of field crew knowledge — physically collected, digitized, and structured into the first comprehensive digital record many grids have ever had.
DEMOS Infrastructure Sensors
Deployed across transmission lines, substations, and distribution networks — capturing real-time electrical precursors before failure propagates.
DEMOS Consumer Edge Sensors
Distributed devices in homes and businesses capturing millisecond-resolution voltage, frequency, and harmonic data. A proprietary dataset no utility currently possesses — and none can build without replicating our network.
